DWade Files Motion To Keep Sons From Ex-Wife

Just a week after Dwyane Wade reached a $5Million financial settlement with ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches, he and his lawyers have gone the extra mile to file an emergency order, to keep Siohvaughn from her scheduled visitations.  Wade’s lawyers claim that Siohvaughn is not in her right mind to see her two sons and would like to suspend visitation pending a psyche evaluation.
Siohvaughn’s council is disputing the allegations that she is unfit. They claim Funches is no threat to her sons. According to Gumbumper, both are scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
My personal opinion is that it is real foul to throw money at the woman and then snatch her kids away. Why is it so difficult for her to have a little of both? Obviously she wants to be with her sons or she wouldn’t fight so hard. This whole ordeal shouldn’t be this difficult
